As an affiliate chapter of Delta Gamma Pi, all potential new sorors must complete the nationally administered affiliate pledge program.  The program contains 8 phases and is designed to take anywhere from 8 weeks to 1 year.  The process was designed to encourage involvement, committment, creativity, education, self-empowerment, and of course bonding with future sisters.

Once the process is complete, the woman is initiated as a soror of Delta Gamma Pi.  Bi-annually, affiliate chapters induct new members on November 11 and May 11 respectively.
